Una volta unita tutta la panna riportate sul fuoco e cuocete per 1 minuto. Spostate dal fuoco il pentolino e unite il burro e il sale e mescolate bene. Versate il caramello appena ottenuto in una ciotola e fate raffreddare leggermente. Colate nelle tart facendo uno strato di qualche mm. Se si dovesse indurire il caramello potete sempre scaldarlo al microonde per qualche secondo.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.16&#8243;
